What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and — optionally — your email, so we can bake, deliver and keep you updated. If you join the newsletter we store your email address; if you message us we keep the message so we can reply.
Payments
Card and mobile-money payments are processed by Paystack. Your payment details go directly to Paystack over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number, PIN or wallet credentials. We keep only a payment reference to verify your transaction.
How we use your data
To fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, improve our menu, and — only if you opted in — send occasional emails about new bakes. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the services that make delivery possible (payment processing, couriers, email delivery).
Cookies & storage
Your basket is stored in your own browser. We use only the cookies needed for the site to function (such as keeping the admin area secure) — no third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it for tax or legal reasons). Email hello@leckerisch.comand we’ll respond within 30 days.
