How far in advance should I order?

Orders placed before 12 noon are usually baked and delivered the same day. For weekends, large orders or gift boxes, a day's notice guarantees your slot.

How do I pay?

Checkout is powered by Paystack — pay securely with MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, or any debit/credit card. Everything is charged in Ghana cedis.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we send nationwide via courier (2–3 days). Loaves travel surprisingly well; brownies even better. Choose the nationwide option at checkout.

How long do the bakes stay fresh?

At their best for 2 days airtight at room temperature, and up to 5 days refrigerated. Ten seconds in the microwave brings back that fresh-from-the-oven softness.

I have a nut allergy — what should I know?

Accepted Answer

Several bakes contain peanuts, hazelnuts (Nutella) or mixed nuts, and everything is baked in a kitchen that handles nuts. Check each product's allergen list, and tell us about serious allergies before ordering.

Can I send a bake as a gift?

Absolutely — toggle gift wrapping in your basket, add your message, and we'll wrap it beautifully with a handwritten note. We can deliver straight to the lucky person.

Can I track my order?

Yes — use the Track Order page with your order number (from your confirmation) or the phone number you ordered with.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?
