Orders placed before 12 noon are delivered the same day; later orders arrive the next morning. Fees depend on your zone and are confirmed at checkout.

Freshness guarantee & returns
Everything we send is baked to order, so we can’t accept returns of food items — but our freshness promise is simple: if your order arrives damaged, late enough to matter, or anything less than delicious, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll remake it or refund it. No forms, no fuss.
For cancellations, contact us before your order goes into the oven (usually within 2 hours of ordering) for a full refund. Once baked, we’re happy to reschedule your delivery instead.
